Mcvigo, Home Buyer in Bronx, NY

I am 3rd co-owner of 8 family house, morgage is paid in full, I have the funds to buy out one other co-owner, what are my options?

Basically unless the co-owner wishes to sell, you have no choice. Either way, you should consult with an attorney about this, as there may be other issues such as the type of deed you have.

Without much information, have you considered a visit with any licensed loan officer; do the other owners wish to sell...for all sale related paperwork consult with an attorney who specializes in real estate...

Hello. If the co-owner is looking to be bought out then go for it. Either way you go, you should strongly consider consulting with an Attorney who specifically practices in Real Estate to further advise you on this matter.
