You can view our "Active" home listings on the local MLS by using my link: http://MyFloridaHomesMLS.com/karenlehmann (copy and paste on your browser if needed). If there is a particular home you are interested in and do not find it, please contact me with the address or street name. I can provide you with information.

Bev, you can search the MLS for real-time listings and save your favorites to check on their status by going to my website:

http://www.davidbarrhomes.com/sarasota_mls

There is a basic and a more advanced search for you to choose from.

Please let me know if I can help set up a search for you, so you receive new listings as soon as they come on the market.

You will need to ask your agent to verify that, easy done by running the individual mls numbers on the system. Depemding on area and listings, most homes remain on the market for at least 7 days unless they are excellent deals.

Listings are usually removed when they are sold or taken off the market. Is there a particular property you were looking at previously that you are trying to find? I would be happy to help you or answer any questions you have.
