Chuck, I don't know if you've resolved this problem or not by now. If anyone else is interested or if this can help you, Jefferson Parish Dept of Inspection and Code Enforcement may have a copy of your flood elevation certificate depending upon the age. They are located at 400 Maple Street in Harvey, LA 70058 and they coordinate everything with their East Bank office at 1221 Elmwood Park Blvd., Suite 101 in Jefferson, LA 70123. As a REALTOR, we have a form "Request for Public Records" to submit to request Flood Elevation Certificates on homes we are Selling. I will tell you that I would try with your insurance agent, as Lisa Heindel said, and then you can try them.

I would direct that question to the insurance agent who issued your policy - what was the source they used to determine the flood zone?
