Hi Julie,
To get specific it will depend on where the property is in Boca, if it is East or West of 95 and East or West of Federal. If you are east you will be looking at Flood, Hazard and Wind Insurance. If you have any other questions please feel free to give me a call and I can walk you through the steps.

Hi Julie,

Thank you for your question. Many people are concerned about insurance prices and feel they are in the dark. The state of florida has established a website to counter this problem that provides factual information and rates for all areas.

Consider viewing this website. Enter in your specific area information and you will be provided with general rates for most local companies.

Hi Julie,

Your price for insurance depends more on the construction of the home than anything else. The insurance company has software to look up any home/address and give you a quote based on their information about the home. Call this company I'm listing below and they will give you a free, no-obligation quote. I just used them a little over a month ago on a sale of mine and they were considerably less than the other quotes I receieved:

Good Day,

It is very hard to tell here in Florida. Depending on the geography, you might be required to have flood insurance. Or you may want flood insurance. This insurance may run a few hundred to over a thousand a year.

Regular Hazard insurance (fire insurance is the old name) will be about $500. Check out a local insurance agent for the details.
