Most common in order. HO3, HO5, HO8, DP3, DP1. HO3 being the most comprehensive and the DP1 being the least coverage.

If there is a loan on the property, the buyer's lender will require a loss policy to cover the lender in case of fire or other casualty.

A home owner will want to make sure they have adequate insurance and talking with an insurance agent will help them determine what kind and how much is necessary. Jewelry, art, and rental property may not be covered unless it is included in the policy. Therefore, home owners are advised to seek the advice of their insurance agent and disclose what they need covered.

Greetings
most homeowners get a comprehensive insurance policy that covers fire, wind , theft, etc…
in florida, flood insurance is typically sold separately.

condo owners pay insurance through condo maintenance & many condo owners also pay for content insurance to cover flood, theft, fire or similar because condos typically do not cover anything inside the concrete walls.
