Dear Labuyer,
Rates for Homeowners insurance fluctuate depending upon the home and location. Many of my buyers go with the same company that insures their cars and get a package rate for both. You will have to shop around to find out the best rates for the coverage offered.

First buy the best coverage and look for the best Agent

Someone whom will protect your assets like they were His/Hers

Or just call me (713)875-4591 or send me and email apalma@farmersagent.com

If you are looking for the best price I suggest first to look for the best coverage and the best agent.

Someone that will quote your Assets as they were His/Hers.

Ask your friends, relatives, etc

Or if you wish, call me!! (713) 875-4591 or send me an email apalma@farmersagent.com or see my webpage http://www.palmaassociates.com

Our company would love to give you a quote and it's free. You should always try several places and compare rates and coverage. Price isn't everything or we would all be driving the Nissan Versa.

Hey you agents recommending AHS for homeowners insurance. This is NOT an insurance policy that protects the home from common perils such as fire, theft, etc.

AHS is a home warranty company and the coverages are limited to appliance and systems coverage. Please let the readers know the difference. Thanks

Anyone can privde cheap insurance, if you don't understand it, it will be dirt cheap but very expensive for you if you have a claim.

Work with brokers that can explain the coverages with you. I like to give the an assessment before I quote, because one insured isn't the same as the other due to their needs and finances.

The answer is all over the board. Best to find an insurance broker in your zip code and ask them for competitive quotes. They are the experts and can shop numerous sources for you for no extra cost.

Hello-

Yrs, the best thing to do is to begin with the insurance company with whom you already have insurance (car, etc). then take that quote and call three or four other companies and compare. Be sure you know the exact amounts and types of coerage so you can sure that you're comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges.

Without knowing anything about your home, amount needed and your credit, the bets advice is for you to shop around. Try national companies like allstate, statefarm and perhaps try a local company. All should give you free estimates.
