This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a residential zoned neighborhood. Under residential zoning the only restriction is that you cannot have more than 3 unrelated individuals in the same household. Rooming houses or transitional houses in a residential zone would require conditional use permits and have person per square foot restrictions.
