1. You can make an offer for what you think its worth.

2. You can assume the home is NOT for sale. Some Florida homeowners who live in MA have placed their homes for sale to defend against the MA'healthcare system.

3. The home is a figment of your imagination and doesn't really exist in the real kingdom of real homes for sale (NOTE: that kingdom is not aggregate websites)

4. I've seen homes sold with over 6,000 days on market. That's called a career listing.
