you do know rivers edge townhomes are being torn down, why would you sell someone a home thats going down?
RiversEdge Townhomes are being torn down, yet city allows sale even today 1-29-09.

Such information is subject to MN Disclosure. If the seller or agent are aware and don't disclose this information they would be in a world of trouble. If they don't know - you might want to call and tell them.
If the information is disclosed properly and the buyer still chooses to buy the condo - they will have their own reasons for doing so.
