Hello Marcell. Based on the property description on the listing agent's website and the photos, it's clear that this is a bank owned property. The listing agent won't be able to tell you whether the bank will accept $20,000. You'll have to submit an offer and see what happens. It appears that the property was just listed on 9/15, which makes it unlikely that the bank would accept an offer for half the asking price.
