The other property will be closing in June for close to asking price and golf membership will also be purchased for a reduced rate. Now you are interested in courtyards they are lovely and I own one. your particular property appears to be over priced in comparison
to 5037. the assessed value is less than $800,000 and may not appraise for that higher figure. If you are truly interested in that property make it contingent that it will appraise for what your willing to pay. I n some instances buyers in Naples pay cash for the properties and don't bother with the appraisal, that may be alright when the market is going up but properties are still decreasing here because of the volume of foreclosed and short sale properties be careful.
