my lender said he'd need to talk with you and ask a few more questions. There are foreign national mortgage loans available. Are you interested in owner occupancy or investment?

I am a Realtor, to be honest mortgages aren't my expertise, but please give me a call and I can get you in touch with a mortgage expert. Once you do and if you qualify I can help you find a home.

Yes, you can buy a foreclosure home using a foreign national mortgage loan program. Before you submit an offer, you must get approved for a loan. I work with a lender who has programs for foreign nationals. The key to your success is getting a good, professional team together including a real estate agent, mortgage lender, and home inspector. Other professionals may be required depending on the situation. I have a great team put together that can help you. Feel free and contact me for more information.
