Just to save you some time here is the direct website you need to search the property address. There maybe a small tip of Duval that may be covered but as a whole no.

http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do

Here you can plug in your address your searching to see its eligibility.

Properties oin Duval County do not qualify for USDA. I will include a link that you can put the address in and see if it qualifies for USDA. We have properties in Clay and St Johns County that will finance USDA. You just have to work with someone who is knowledgable. Call me and we can make an appointment to go over the guidelines. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Kristi,

There are some good answers with the links to find out what areas are USDA qualified. Understand that these type loans are aimed rural areas. Here's another link, just type in an address and it will tell you the eligibility. http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do

Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Kristi,

From my understanding the answer is NO, though I am not a mortgage broker, that is who you must contact for the most accurate info. From my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong, USDA loans are for rural and semi-rural areas. The only place in all of Duval county that qualifies is BALDWIN/MAXWELL AREA.

Clay, St.Johns and other areas outside of Duval will work just fine though Mandarin is not one of those places.

Contact>>>> Isabel Pittman ...for the most accurate info on USDA loans.

Duval county is not considered rural by USDA standards, you will want to look at parts of St Johns or Clay counties.

32223 does not qualify for USDA. It must be a more rural area.
