I am not trying to be rude here, and please don't take it that way. But that really is a question that can only be answered by a mortgage broker who actually takes a credit application and looks at all of the information including credit, debt/income ratio, assets, etc. And not just a pre-qualification, you will need to have a full pre-approval done.
