will financing be hard to get on a home sitting on two acres but only has mineral rights to one acre?

Right now, mineral rights are not affecting financing much. However, some banks are beginning to question whether or not to loan on properties where the rights have been leased. In this case, it may depend on which acre the home is sitting and whether a lease has been signed.
