To the person that answered this question last - This is not the same property I asked about. I was asking about the property on west highland drive in New Ringgold PA.

Price is a bargain! This is a first-class horse breeding farm. This house is only the trainer's quarters. The main house sits high on the ridge with a view to die for! Also included are a 13 stall block stall barn attached to a riding arena. There is a 70 foot loafing shed attached to that barn. Another loafing shed is in the smallest of four pastures with some of the best grass in Schuylkill County. The package is 20 acres and is in the tax-advantaged program. This property is an absolute steal at $595,000. And the local banks love it!

If you don't have a link, do you have an address? Since alot of things go into the pricing of a home - either by a Realtor or the homeowner, more info is needed.
