I'm not sure! I looked and can't see anything has changed! the only thing I can think of is there nay just be no other homes that fit your criteria? you can use this search and it will give you access to the ENTIRE MLS! It's the exact same database and information we use as agents! Call me at 916-248-7777

There could be several reasons, but some of the most common reasons depend on the program the agent or you used when setting up the home alert notifications. Review the search criteria used to see if the criteria is still realistic - for example, the area and price range. That area may no longer have the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home you want at $XXXX price. You would need to adjust the price range search or change areas. Also, the search time may have expired.

If I can help you, please contact me.

If you are still just looking then set up a new search. If you old search is still in place the most common reason people stop receiving alerts is that there are no homes the fit their criteria. It's better to work with an agent than to search on the internet once you are really serious about buying a home.

There are some very good realtors out there that would love to help you get the "homes for sale" information you want. Contact one that you trust and they will ensure the great service you are looking for. Happy Hunting!

Hi,

Sorry your alerts aren't working. I would send your question to Trulia customer service. You can also search directly on MLS here: http://jasonwalter.metrolistpro.com

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am also available to set you up on an automatic alert. In addition, Trulia does not receive an automatic feed from MLS so an agent feed is the most comprehensive.

If you are interested, please send me an email or give me a call :)

Most likely you were receiving automatic emails of new listings that came on the market. Those emails do expire. If you would like to start receiving them again I would be happy to set you up. Please let me know.
