The agent did not put the data on the website.
The agent did not give consent for the data to appear here.
The agent is not responsible for the accuracy of the data appearing here.
The agent may not be aware the data appears on THOUSANDS of these sites.
DO YOU EXPECT THE AGENT TO POLICE ALL OF THEM?
Rather than sling 'lazy' insuts, you should invest the energy to REAL the TOS of sites like Trulia.
Steve should also.
I sense your frustration. Maybe the best answer to ask is "Where is the best place to get up to date information on homes that are currently for sale?" - The answer will always be to go direct to a Realtor who can provide you information and listings gathered from their local MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
Good luck with your search. I do not live in Florida but can refer you to a local Realtor in the area - just call me.
I hope this helps clear up some of you feelings about Realtors. We work hard for our property owners and with our buyers. We try to keep things up to date and answer questions as soon as possible.

Online listings are disseminated from the MLS which is our database for entering and sharing information about listings with other agents. Legal changes about 10 years ago allowed for that info to be shared outside of the MLS - which is when all of these real estate sites that feed off our data begain popping up and when buyers became able to access real estate listing info all over the internet.
MLS listings typically ARE updated very quickly. That's what we control. Many / most of the websites that feed off our MLS data are beyond our control.
Alternatively, we could go back to the days when the only way you would get info about listings is by calling an agent.
Info on the MLS is constantly updated. Any active agent can supply you with a current list and sent you updates weekly. Best part, having a buyers agent is free and they represent you. Go to the green tab above that reads "find a Pro", enter your zipcode. Select one of the agents that show up and contact them. Ask them to place the offer for you on the property...they will look after your interest. Was this answer helpful? If so please click the green Thumbs Up next to my name.
