Howdy Possible Neighbor Slayton,

This area (I'm down the road from Nevada a piece) is serviced by Farmers Electric Cooperative and TXU/Atmos Energy for electric and gas. Webb Lane is close to FM 6 and that is TXU territory. If you have public water and sewer you will be serviced by the City of Nevada but you are very close to Royse City water authority. As for Internet service there are several broadband service providers in our area if you do not have cable available. It's a real mish mosh out here in the country. The best one to answer that would be the City of Nevada or the current homeowner. The City of Nevada can be reached at 972-853-0027. They should be able to answer your questions. They are a good group of people.

If you are not able to contact them then call the Royse City City Hall. Their WEB site is http://www.roysecity.com/. You are very close to the Royse City border and might have services from them. Either way they can tell you who services that area.

Whatever you do make sure you have it inspected. We are on blackland here (expansive clay soil) and you want to make sure there are no issues present.

If you have any questions about the area give me a shout or drop me an email.

Nevada is outside the typical urban/suburban service area. I can tell you that the people who recently bought a house there used/suggest the following:
Verizon for dialtone
Hughes or Tier1 satellite Interest
Copeville SUD for water -- probably
Farmers Coop for electricity - again probably
Your Realtor should be able to supply the information for the exact address you supplied. If he can't, then try the providers above.
