who pays expenses if you cancel closing and it's not your fault tnat your breach contruct(builder lied)?

FIRST ANSWER

It depends on the contract that you signed. If what you think was a breach of a term in the written contract, then you should have nothing to pay. However, if it was just a verbal / trust issue, then it is going to be harder to prove who breached the contract.
The best is to go over your written contract with a Real estate attorney.
