who pays agent in unlisted REO?
by then).The builder was bankrupt and now the bank owns it.We are now trying to offer .But the bank says that they will not pay the agent because they have not listed it.Also the bank says that since the agent showed us the house when listed and now it is not listed and is with the bank,we would not have any problem later from the agent.Is it true?When we started with the realty company,they said buyers dont pay except $100 to the company.If the bank doesnt pay the agent ,will this pose any problems for us later?
