who owns 9217 s ellis and how do i contact to buy this property?

i contacted bank of america and they said i need to talk to the owner. i left a note about buying the property he walked away from, but i have not heard from him Mr. Nelson Anderson

Jerry- the reality is this seller is likely long gone and never coming back. If he has no equity and isn't willing to attempt a short sale that person has little reason to get back to you. You will need to wait patiently as the property goes through the foreclosure process and comes back out where it will eventually be re-listed as an REO. This can easily take 2+ years.

Get your agent to look it up. Its actually public record but it wouldnt be ethical for an agent to post a home owners name.

Work with a Realtor to help you find other properties in the area. Many exist.

The property is not listed. To find the owner you can conduct a search in 1.) the county assessors data base then 2.) county records. You may hire a skip tracer. You may send another letter or simply knock on door and inquire about ownership.
