I agree with Cindy. No doc loans don't exist anymore. It is difficult buying homes with no money down, even with good credit and income. Those days of easy loans are over, and we are paying for it with all the foreclosures and short sales. Are you in sales where regular dependable paychecks are difficult to come by? Why do you need a no doc loan? Maybe if you explain your situation, we can come up with ideas.
