Help the community by answering this question:

Shenandoah does not. Hunter's Glen in voluntary. Anderson MIll West, voluntary. HOAs are a modern idea, so many of the older neighborhoods will not have them as well.

There are several neighborhoods in Cedar Park that do not have HOA's, including Buttercup (voluntary) , Anderson Mill West, and Quarry Oaks to name a few. There are several smaller neighborhoods that don't have HOA's too. Almost all of these neighborhoods without HOA's are the older neighborhoods in Cedar Park. I live and work in Cedar Park and would be happy to answer any other questions you have about the area!

Thank you!

If you need any assistance please let me know. It would be helpful to know exactly what you are looking for. Most of the new neighborhoods have HOA's in Cedar Park. There are plenty of areas that do not. What type of home were you interested in? I live and work in Cedar Park and can set up a very specific search for you with these parameters and anything else that is important to you.

Hope this helps.
