Fredrick, The county offices have lists as long as the state for taxes certificates for unpaid taxes and even liens. Also city's like Palm Bay that make it a habit of fining people up to more than the homes are worth in there misguided wisdom. Thet fine for mold on the side of the house, if the soffits are not repaired and even if you have a rusty shed that can be seen from the road. They don't even care of the man that owns the house is dying, in a home, or has been dead for 3 or more years. They just keep fining and making better excuses for them.
If you go to the Brevard County website you will be able to find tax certificates and so on available., to purchase. Now as for title information you also can fine this information from the County by gooing tot he Clerk of the Courts and Taxing site. We use the County Porperty Appraisers site to see the owners and addresses currently on file. But they may not be up to date either. Good Luck. If you need additional help give me a shout.
