Wow! desperate times brings out desperate actions. Buyer beware of any strange experiences. First report the agent to their broker. If you do not have success at that level..go to the state.

Again I agree with the previous answer. You have to have the documentation to back up filing such a complaint. By going through the state you can make a formal complaint, but I would first contact the Broker of the agent you suspect of such behavior.

you can always go the the state real estate commission to report a breach of this magnitude. Now this is a very serious accusation and you need to be certain before starting this process. Did you witness this act. You should probably consult an attorney also. I believe this goes beyond a mere real estate matter.
