I would offer advice, but the first 2 answers are correct and should get you started. If you are not working with a realtor presently I would suggest that you find one, as this is very important to both a buyer and a seller. Interview realtors yourself and choose someone who you think will best serve your needs. One who will work hard to help you with making the best decision on your investment.

The direct link to our New Hampshire MLS system ishttp:// www.NNEREN.com
This will give you the most current information, as it doesn't get filtered through 3rd party websites. Most agents will have a search feature on their page, but some will only feature listings of their own, or listings handled by their company. NNEREN, on the other hand, is state-wide, and now most property addresses are visible (if the Seller has allowed it).

A good place to start looking for listings in NH is right here on Trulia. Go to Real Estate Guides...NH, the city you are looking for and Homes For Sale. Or you can check onhttp:// www.realtor.com.
