Hello Tonya

Are you looking for a historic home, then looking in the historic district of Richmond

Church Hill; Chestnut hills; Fairmount park etc.

Tonya,
I assume that you are referring to a mid-century modern style home...with exposed roof beams, open or semi-open floor plan? Or are you looking for a home built in the 50's? The first kind would take some hunting, but an area that had a number of these are located in area 60. The second type are everywhere-literally!

Let me know if you are currently working with a Buyer's agent. If not, I would be happy to assist you.

A good resource for historic homes is the Alliance to Conserve Old Richmond Neighborhoods (A.C.O.R.N.)
