where do I get the data of recent houses sold for townhouses/ condos new construction in ashland ma?

zillow and this site also seems to have just the data for Single-family.. Am wondering if I can get some online resource..

I checked the local (boston area) library and was able to find week by week info of sales in "Bankers and Tradesmen" newspaper..

Your best bet would be to contact a local Realtor who can provide al the detailed data of recent sales in the area. Good luck.

FIRST ANSWER
Not sure which Ashland you're seeking help in, but the best thing to do is ask a Realtor to email you sold data for for townhomes for the past 12 months. Should be very easy - a two minute job! If you don't have a Realtor you can ask questions to, ask friends for a referral. Hope this helps!
