you can normally pay for these lists. however once a home is in pre-foreclosure or basically the payments are late. A short sale can take months. You will need to be viewing properties that are already foreclosed. If you truly need a home fast pre-foreclosures or short sales are not the way to go. As I said on your other question give me a call directly and we can figure out you situation and be looking at homes later this afternoon/evening and tomorrow.
