The best way to find them is with an agent. As an agent I can tell you which foreclosure condos are on the market. A great many of these are short sales. You can also purchase them as REOs. The corridor can be pricey. Depending on your price range will also depend on what to look for. I recently sold a 1.8 mil condo on the corridor. The corridor is a desirable area. Please let me know what buildings you prefer and price range and I'll let you know if there are any ones that are in default or listed as short sales. Westwood of coarse is desirable but not as pricey as the corridor.

I am a Class of '95 UCLA Alumni and I am very familiar with the Westwood area.

I am not sure what your price range is, but currently, there is a 900 square foot, lender owned 2+1 on the market in the Wilshire Corridor.
