You won't find homes in the $85,000-100,000 in Crystal Beach. The least expensive on the market are 2 small homes 2/1 low 800's in sq. footage around $138,000 each, built in the 1950's. You can find condo's in this price range in Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor and Dunedin close to Crystal Beach area.
If you are serious about finding a house, interview some full time professional Realtors, find one you are comfortable with and sit down for a consultation and get pre-approved. The market is tight and many good choices go very quickly. If you think its great, chance are others will too. You need to be ready to move quickly when you find the right one.
