when you're under contract and the title search discovers that there are leans against the house, what happens?

You have a TITLE COMPANY in front of you:
They know the liens and the circumstances.
They can answer this question better than we can.
Try them.

Number 1...there are absolutely NO LEANS against Casters Rd....Number 2...if there are leans against a property that you are buying, your attorney will correct & adjust them before or at closing otherwise you cannot pass clear title. Hope this helps.
