I am not sure that you are still interested in this property but it appears to be owned by Washington Mutual Bank as of April of this year. I will do some more research and let you know the status early in the week.

I saw in the Danbury News Times last week (5/22/09) that their bank offically owns it now. It might take a few weeks to a few months for it appear on the tax records as such, and to hit the open market to purchase.

I don't see where 14 Rocky Road was listed for sale, and/or was sold after checking with the tax assessor's database. Not all foreclosures get listed for sale, and even after a home goes to foreclosure it can still take awhile to get listed.
