Trulia is a great site for many things. However, listings of homes of sale is not one of their strong points. The only website that would have every available home for sale is Realtor.com. I know that everyone would try to promote their website but Realtor.com is indeed the only accurate one.

We have the option as listing agents not to have our listings show up on other websites but don't have a choice when it comes to Realtor.com. Any available home unless it is for sale by owner, is listed on there.

I would be surprised if there are only foreclosures in any one zip code. That would be very unusual.

I do not know which site you are using to try to find properties. If you go to my website; http://www.jimcarterrealestate.com and click on the MLS property search button you will be able to hunt for all properties that are available in a specific zip code.
