This property has been on the market a VERY long time. If an asset manager believes that the listing agent cannot sell a specific property within a stated period of time, they will often pull the listing and assign it to another company. That is indeed what has happened in this case.

The banks and their asset managers set the prices at which properties are listed. The bank evidently wanted to try and get more for this specific property.
