It depends on where the home is at, how much the assessed value f the home is, and what the municipalitie's tax rate is. You don't say where the home is located, but I bet if you called up the city or county it's at and gave them the address they could tell you.

Hi Jane,
Which state are you in? You need to look at the assessed value of the home that you're interested in and the tax rate charged by the town. May be able to look that up for you and advise you if you're in NJ.
