Approx 3400 with star discount. You can look up particulars at this website: http://www.ntassessor.net/main.asp pop in the address and when you get to the second page you can view 'TAX BILL' at the upper right hand corner.

Your taxes will probably be in the range of $2,800-$4,500. In the zip code of 14120 the amounts vary greatly and you need to more specific as to your location. Remember that the amount of road/frontage your property will have the taxes are likely to be higher. Such as if your property is on a corner lot, your more likely to pay higher taxes because you have more property that faces the road. Also, the newer and more updated your property is the higher the taxes. If you look at almost any realty site they will include an estimate of the taxes you will pay for the property. Don't forget about the Star program, you could save yourself a couple hundred dollars if you apply. I hope this helps!

Every house has its own tax assessment. You must look up the taxes by the address or the legal district, section block & lot identification. Call the tax assessor in that particular township and they will give you the tax figure.

If you go to the county tax website you can locate the tax information there. Matter of fact you see what the previous owner paid in taxes for 2007.
