looking at a 3 bedroom, at least 1.5 bath, no teardown in the mt. greenwood/evergreen park area... currently looking at vacant lots... it'd be pretty much bare bones in terms of upgrades, because i know that i can do any upgrades (flooring, tile, etc) on my own in order to save the money on them... appliances would need to be included
