The statement you’re making may be considered as steering; I highly suggest you put some time in on reading real-estate laws and possibly re-wording what you wrote. By making the effort in doing so you won’t confuse the public when making a statement. Then the public will know what you really meant to say.

Define worst? Some people like different parts of town, what's your real question?

None, anywhere in Orlando is a Great Place to Buy! What are your needs and or requirements that’s the question.

Tony,

Everyone on Trulia is a Realtor/Lic. Agent and you can't ask that type of question. I manage properties all over Orlando if you have a house that you are thinking about buying and want the rental comps just email the address. It's your choice on what areas you buy in and it's your duty to do your research on that area!

Good Luck,
Jon

Are you looking for property to buy? If you are looking for good values, please tell us what features you are looking for -- example ($$/sf, acreage, etc.)

Nowhere. You get what you pay for and market prices reflect how good or bad a neighborhood is. If an area is full of properties selling for under $30 a sq ft, there will be a reason.

That answer would really be in the eye of the beholder. What are your short term and long term goals with the property?

What are your particular concerns (crime, schools, decreasing property values...)?
