No link is visible, however in order to make an informed decision review a cma with your agent, comparable market analysis, see what the data suggests and go from there...

Your local agent will be able to pull a CMA and advise you on what you should pay for a home.

A professional real estate agent has access to information that can give you a more accurate idea of how much the property is worth. They can then send you a report that explains this. I would contact a realtor and ask them to send you some information.

I would advise you consult with your realtor (if you don't have one, get one). Your realtor will have a good sense of what you can purchase the home for based on factors like the recent sales in the area and the general condition of the home. Good luck!

You should have your realtor tell you this and if you don't have a realtor, get one. This is part of what your realtor would do for you as part of their job and obligation to represent you and your interests.

The answer somewhat depends on how much you want the house plus market factors. Is this a property you cannot live without? If a lender is involved the top price may be influenced by the appraisal.

You should hire a Realtor to represent you. The only way to know what to pay is to have a professional give you an idea of fair market value. Appraisers tell you the past market history and don't take into consideration the same things Realtors look for. Online valuations are simple averages - which mean very little in real estate.

I see this is old.... hope you got some assistance and found a home!

Since housing inventory is low, you should pay market value. Low offers in this real estate climate will likely be rejected.

A real estate agent can help you determine what is appropriate to offer. They have access to MLS (multiple listing service) and can find out what other homes in the area have sold for.

Good Luck.

The best advice is talk to a Realtor and have them do a market analysis. Don't base your decision off of what the internet says it is worth. You have no way of knowing without seeing other comps. Good luck.
