The description of your situation is not very specific and leaves it open to a very broad intrepretation.

With this said, it needs to be clarified that real estate professionals very often find themselves trapped by the information provided to them by both customers and support people. We all too often find ourselves telling others that our information is only as good as the source we get it from.

This is in part why the disclaimer is included on every ML sheet, "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Parties are advised to verify."
