Not sure. You would have to do the research by calling the local Board of Realtors.

Rather than focusing on the agent that sold the most homes, interview in person a few agents from different realty companies, then choose the one you like best and who has the most to offer; choose your agent with care....

Mcdonalds probably serves the most meals in town..however I'm not sure if they're the best resturant, what you need to do is interview a few brokers and compare..then decide based on who YOU feel will do the best job! Any questions feel free to contact me @ 631-875-2668.Bill.

Be careful what you wish for. Many agents who list massive amounts of homes you won't see or speak with after the initial listing paperwork is done. Also when agents list many homes each individual home is not as important to them. Does the agent who has sold the most homes, also have the most expired listings?

I think a better approach is to interview a few agents in your area and ask them questions about their marketing plan. Will they have paid advertising, or just free? Professional photographer? On-line floor plans? Individual marketing plan or cookie cutter?

Most impostantly have them give you a guarantee in writing that if you are not happy with their services you can cancel the listing at no cost or obligation. Make sure they don't put in writing that you can cancel if they don't do their job. I have seen agents put a listing on MLS and nothing more and refused to cancel the listing at the owner's request because the guarantee said "if the agent fails to do their job" rather than "if the homeowner is not satisfied". Take your time and get the right agent, or you'll be sorry later on. Remember what they say about statistics lol.

If you are looking to list your house for sale, do not look for who sold the most homes. There is a huge difference between marketing and sellling.

Hire the best Marketing agent you can find...who will market your property to EVERY Realtor. There is a huge difference between selling a house and getting a house sold.

Gladstone Group has agents in your area and we pride ourselves on MARKETING; we will present you with a written Marketing Plan we guarantee.
