If a house is in good condition and priced right they are going under contract in 22 days.
These facts apply to all different types of sales, ie standard, foreclosure, bank owned and short sales.
It sounds to me like you are interested in a comparison of what was listed and what actually sold? That would actually be more accurate if you do it on a subdvision level. E-mail me if you'd like more detailed info.
