Hi RB,

I would have your agent check the particular neighborhood for sales in the past year. In general, throughout Burlington County, there has been very little if any appreciation for the past year. During the last five years in Delanco, there has been some new construction which I think is an indication that the builders feel confident in the area.

I would stop by these towns on a Sat. to see the local activity. Are the neighbors maintaining their homes? You could even speak with the local police. In general, I think that you will find that there are generations of families that live in and have lived in the river towns.

Good luck,
