Don't forget that when you use the county assessors information that the general tax is based on the previous sales price or if they had their property adjusted because of the down market it is based on that amount (the assessd value) and it is a %, so the general tax that you would be paying would need to be re calculated on your purchase price. All of the additional taxes are not based on price; however they could also change from year to year. If you wanted to know if they will change you would need to contact each entity that is associated with that tax.
