It is against the law for a Realtor to find you a home based upon "Racial Demographics" you might want to contact one of the Realtors below and speak directly with him or her and have them send you listings for the type of home you are looking for minimum number of bedrooms and baths etc...

Best wishes in your home search.

Hi Raphael,

As mentioned by other agents, mentioning racial demographics of any area is specifically prohibited. You might want to look at the most recent Census data.

If you’re looking for a home here in the Central Florida area, please feel free to contact me directly.

I can set up a search for you and start sending you active listings right away. Also, you’ll be automatically notified if something matching is newly listed.

I hope this is helpful.

Good morning,
Market information on communities can be found at the following website. The MARKET INSIDER tab provides school information, income levels, ability to compare areas and other factors. You will have the ability to search and do your own research and the Realtor you select can provide more local and in-depth knowledge on the community you choose.

Raphael,

http://www.city-data.com/ has any information that you're looking for. You can narrow it down specifically to different zip codes in the Orlando area. For example, http://www.city-data.com/zips/34786.html would be the Windermere area, and it has a break down of what you're looking for. If you're looking for a home on the market, visit dkwak.kwrealty.com for all of the active listings out on the market. Best of luck in your transition to Orlando!
