Hi Brandy,
I'll give a detailed answer as to your monthly payments, property taxes, homeowners insurance, and PMI insurance if need be. I'm Janelle by the way!
First there is the montly payment of principal and interest, other fees are , PMI (Private Mortage Insurance, for borrowers who do not have at least 20% of the down payment) and then Property Taxes, annually.
The Breakdown: Monthly Payment Principal plus interest at a 6.5%, is $758.48, the PMI insurance usually runs $55.00 per 100,000 borrowed, so in this case $66.00 monthly until the 20% is paid off. Increasing the payment to $824.48, and then Property tax is usually 1.25% of the value of the property.. so a total of $943.48.
This isnt a definite just some figures played with a mortgage calculator. If you have anymore questions let me know. I'd love to follow up with you and assist you in the buying process, now is a GREAT TIME TO BUY in Bakersfield.

Check the county tax rates, contact an insurance agent(s) to obtain the quotes, good mortgage broker would be able to assist in SOME of these questions. http://www.lynn911.com http://www.homes-for-sale-dallas.com
