Tax rates vary greatly neighborhood to neighborhood in 92545, and depend on the builder. Generally, the older the home, the lower the taxes, but some areas defy this. The Stony Mountain Ranch homes have the most reasonable rates for newer homes in 92545. It is a community off of Esplanade near Warren Rd. Hope this helps. You can check tax rates by going to RiversideCountyTaxAssessor online and typing in an address, or call a title company and they will let you know, but be SURE to also check "special Assessments". That's where they get you, and why so many in this zip code are losing homes to foreclosure. They were never informed...

You can call the Riverside County treasurer tax collector at (951) 955-3900 and they can tell you the taxes for a specific property.

Hi Liz,
While I can not quote what the taxes are specifically I can generally say that
taxes and assessments start at 1.1% and average around 1.8% in the 92545 area. You should verify with the County of Riverside if you know the track or address of a location you are interested in.
