what is the nicest most reasonably priced all season community in the lake ariel area?

Looking to buy a home in the Poconos. Would like a low price with nice amenities, no mobile home parks.

Each community in Lake Ariel has different fees. Some have multiple amenities; others have a lake and a beach. A buyer should decide on which community will meet what they are looking for in lifestyle and budget. Any buyer can call any realtor and be given the fees and basic amenities for any community and should do so. Knowledge is the key!

Paupacken Lake Estates is on of the nicest community in the Lake Ariel Area. This community provides a lake and private beach. Also it is only 10 minutes away from Lake Wallenpaupack. The school district if interested is on the top of the list of schools. If you would be interested in looking for homes in this community or others please visit http://www.TMoorerealestate.com

There a few communities in the Lake Ariel area. Do you need to commute to a certain area? In the past 10 years or so this has become more of a full time area. Contact me to send you listings in your price range and the area you want.

The Hideout is a four season community located about 20 minutes from Scranton, Pa. The community features 24 hour security, gated, 240 acre motorboating lake, beaches, pools, skiing, golf, tennis, arts & crafts. Its a beautiful community and worth every penny that you spend.
